We’re on Baie Nettlé (Nettle Bay), on the French side of the island — lagoon water on one side, the open Caribbean a short stroll away. That geography shapes how we cook: bright plates for the heat of the day, and a terrace that feels like an extension of the sand.

The team is small on ego and big on hospitality: kids are welcome, dietary needs get a straight answer, and the chalkboard is there so the kitchen can stay honest about what landed this morning.
